Easy Dumplings for Stew

DUMPLINGS

To make dumplings:

In a small bowl combine 2 cups flour, 4 tsps. baking powder, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Make a hole in the center and add 1 cup milk, stir until moistened.

Drop the dumpling mixture into the broth, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes without removing the cover
