I discovered an easy recipe for Salisbury Steaks on ehow.com. http://www.ehow.com/how_2187630_easy-salisbury-steak.html Made up as directed, they were delicious! I used ready sliced fresh mushrooms, and two sachets of mushroom gravy mix.
